Nyika-ino Muyambo is the founder of Sisonke Trust, a community-based organization dedicated to youth empowerment and sustainable development across Africa. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and youth development sector, he brings extensive expertise in community development, program sustainability, and grassroots engagement.

Motivated by a deep commitment to community transformation, Nyika-ino co-founded Sisonke Trust with his wife, Talent Muyambo. Together, they have built a platform that empowers young leaders, promotes gender equality, and supports vulnerable communities through mentorship, education, and life skills development.

Nyika-ino leads the organization’s community development initiatives, partnering with various local and international organizations. His work emphasizes community-led solutions, fostering strong local ownership and sustainable impact, particularly in under-resourced rural areas across Africa.

He holds a Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality, a Certificate in Community Work with Children and Youth, a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry, a Master’s Degree in Theology and Leadership, and an Honorary Doctorate in Humanity. Beyond his work with Sisonke Trust, Nyika-ino serves as a pastor, mentoring boys and men in leadership, faith, and personal growth.
