Talent Muyambo
GIRLS MENTOR & HEAD OF AGRICULTURE
Talent Muyambo is the co-founder of Sisonke Trust, a community-based organization committed to youth empowerment and sustainable development in Africa. With over 10 years of experience as a secondary school teacher, Talent brings deep expertise in education and a strong passion for working with young people.
Her commitment to community development inspired her to co-found Sisonke Trust alongside her husband, Nyika-ino Muyambo. Together, they have built a platform that nurtures young leaders, promotes gender equality, and supports vulnerable communities.
Talent leads the organization’s agricultural programs, using her background as an Agriculture teacher to train youth and rural schools in sustainable farming practices. Her work focuses on integrating agriculture as a practical subject to improve nutrition and generate income, especially in under-resourced schools across rural Africa.
Academically, Talent holds a Diploma in Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Management, a Master’s Degree in Theology and Leadership, and an Honorary Doctorate in Humanity. In addition to her educational and community work, she serves as a pastor, mentoring young girls and women in leadership, faith, and personal development.
Talent’s leadership and dedication continue to inspire change, creating lasting impact in the lives of young people and the broader communities she serves.
